FMT Prime Limited is an incorporated Real Estate Development and Investment Company and a sister company to First Marina Trust Limited (FMTL). FMTL is a financial service company established in 1989 to carry out the business of providing financial services to individuals and businesses in Nigeria.

FMT Prime Limited (FMTP) was incorporated in 2017 with a vision to deliver bespoke and superior products to the Nigerian property industry. FMTP presently owns the property investment portfolio of FMTL and also operates purely as an entity with its own Board and Management as duly constituted.  Apart from Residential Real Estate Development (RRED), FMTP invests in Real Estate related businesses and projects that complement its core business.
